Atomic Force Microscopy

so my boss asked me to be apart of a project which involves using atomic force microscopy!! yay!! (really) this technology is relatively new (1985-7ish) so i'm pretty excited to be able to get some experience with it! i'm going over to learn more about the AFM at the mission bay campus with a postdoc tomorrow....can't wait! i know its weird that i'm so into this, but i'm hoping to keep expanding my skillset to build a stronger resume....but also, because this technology allows you to look at proteins at an atomic level...awesome!
