Global Warming...Good or Bad?
Although we may not be affected by its effects directly, global warming is something to be aware of. Now, this warming trend is most likely due to fossil fuels and emission of greenhouse gases. Higher levels of carbon dioxide = higher temperatures. Warmer temperatures will probably cause problems in agriculture, increases in sea level, who knows, even problems for fanatic snow-boarders. However, this warming trend is something that has been around for thousands of years, so why is it such a concern now? What if our warming trend was reversed? Could this global warming be helping to prevent us from entering an ice age?

I think global warming is good, because everybody likes to be warm right?
yeah, if it were only that simple...with global warming, you can have problems with ecosystems, agriculture, and even limitations of hydropower. Warmer temperatures will also make room for more diseases. It may not be all that great...

well, it was valid, in a very simple way,... without global warming, we may have already entered an ice age...and no one likes to be cold!
You really think we'd be in an ice age right now. That movie wasn't that bad though. hmmmm and You weren't taking into account the methane output of cattle, termites, and chili based meals at mountain resorts. I think there was just a little global warming in my pants.
